Championing entrepreneurship education and providing advocacy, leadership, networking, technical assistance, funding and resources to the peoples of the developing world, while promoting business formations and skills development.
Our Organization
G – Force is made up of three operational divisions, namely: Generational Force Club (G – Force Club), Generational Force Institute (G – Force Institute) and the Generational Force Fund (G – Force Fund).
also referred to as the Growth Revolution, is an entrepreneurship education program within various communities across the developing world, with its members widely described as Soldiers – aimed at inculcating the ideologies of entrepreneurship and small business ownership into the members through its forms of membership.

One of the biggest challenges facing the developing world economy is how to grow a more skilled and productive workforce for their Growth and Prosperity. We believe that entrepreneurship education is a strong and compelling way of promoting the Growth and Prosperity of the developing world. If you meet an entrepreneur, you can’t help but be inspired.
This is to inculcate entrepreneurial culture in the members through its specially designed Growth Revolution program.
G – Force Institute is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing of businesses through human capital development and economic empowerment mechanisms.
The Fund is set to assist in organizing start-up funds for the members (Soldiers) of Generational Force Club, upon successful completion of its Growth Revolution program, to start-up small businesses.

G – Force Volunteering
This is a decisive call to individuals, citizens of the developing world and the world in general, to take up the challenge and responsibilities for the Growth and Prosperity of the world.
Field Soldiers in form of volunteers are derived from the Premier Stage (PS), Second Deputy (SD) and the First Deputy (FD) dimensions of the G–Force Club to support the G – Force Projects and spread the good message of the Growth Revolution throughout the world.
The Field Soldiers, working as volunteers, in a way, contribute their quota to the G – Force Foundation’s G – Force Club through their services to the foundation. These volunteers work in the developing countries and they are also somehow responsible for the start-up of new club.

This is an annual gathering event of the entire G–Force Soldiers.
The Growth Revolution Program in Ghana
The goal of this project is to raise entrepreneurs through the G – Force Club’s unique forms of membership, to help the members to discover, develop and deploy their talents through entrepreneurships and for the growth and prosperity of their communities. Our main objective is to form entrepreneurship education clubs within various communities in Ghana and around the world, to help inculcate the ideologies of entrepreneurship and formation of small businesses in its members.
In Ghana we are looking at setting up these entrepreneurship education clubs in some selected communities within all the sixteen (16) regions of Ghana. With an estimation of about five hundred (500) members per region, for ten (10) communities in a region, then we are talking of about eight thousand (8,000) beneficiaries who will in the end become entrepreneurs and small
business owners across Ghana. These businesses will employ close to twelve thousand (12,000) peoples within their short to medium term operations and close to fifty thousand (50,000) in the long-term.
To make the program sustainable, the beneficiaries will become partner-companies and contribute or donate to the Foundation on yearly bases as their quota to the Growth Revolution program.
A partner-company’s contribution depends on the annual turnover of the partner-company. A ten percent (10%) of the net profit becomes a mandatory contribution of the partner-company to the Generational Force Foundation.
To kick start this all-important project, the foundation will need the support and assistance of existing partner-companies and donors in areas of funding and logistics in setting up of the entrepreneurship education clubs within various communities in Ghana. We would therefore like to encourage you to become a donor and a part of the Growth Revolution Program.
Each member after successfully completing the Growth Revolution program, which is on five (5) dimensions, will be taken through a business development process, which is the G – Force Institute within the Foundation to help in the business start-up processes and to ensure effective formation and running of the businesses. Moreover, these certified members will benefit from the G – Force Fund system, which is also within the Foundation, as in a form of start-up support funding for the members.
Setting Up of Resource Centers in Ghana
We encourage you to support our ongoing resource center projects across Ghana.
Activities are:
• Setting up resource centers in all the sixteen regional capitals of Ghana
• Organizing academic and extra-curricular events at the centers
• Workshops with schoolteachers around Discovering, Development & Deployment of talents at the centers
• Workshops for Entrepreneurship Education
• Regular meetings with the teachers at the centers
G – Force Resource Centers (GFRCs)
GFRCs provide resources and services to facilitate the teaching of the Growth Revolution program and preparation of professional educators, counselors and administrators at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to model an exemplary library media center. Collections and services include books, textbooks, reserves, kits, equipment, technology, and instruction to support these resources.
