Generational Force Foundation (G – Force) is a global Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) for the Growth and Prosperity of the Developing World – through its specially designed entrepreneurial development programs.
Championing entrepreneurship education and providing advocacy, leadership, networking, technical assistance, funding and resources to the peoples of the developing world, while promoting business formations and skills development.

We aim to stimulate economic growth and job creation through entrepreneurship. We identify and scale effective solutions to critical development issues, like access to quality education, clean environment and health services.

G – Force is made up of three operational divisions, namely:

G – Force Foundation is governed by a five-member leadership team consisting of the Executive Director, Director of Operations, the Divisional Directors of G – Force Club, G – Force Institute and G – Force Fund and a five-member Advisory Board that helps guide the direction of the foundation and supports the foundation’s work.

Benedict is an information-gathering specialist working as an author, a speaker and a consultant for businesses. As a corporate consultant, he is well conversant with the procedures involved in registration, operation and setting up of companies and businesses in Ghana, West Africa.
He has put his vast experience acquired by way of information gathering at the disposal of individuals and corporate bodies by assisting them perform their obligations relating to company and business practices.
Benedict is the Executive Director of the Generational Force Foundation.
In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities of overseeing Project
Coordination, Project Funding and Donations, Benedict also works with
BND – Group as the Group Chief Executive Officer for strategic initiatives, business planning and development.
Benedict, his wife Basida and their son Bennett and daughters Breanne, Benita and Betsy enjoy weekends in Takoradi, Ghana with the external family. He likes soccer and tennis.

Basida is a highly motivated lady with Masters (MSc) in Supply Chain Management from Ghana Technology University College (GTUC) and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply from Takoradi Technical University, Ghana. She has a high sense of duty, pay unique attention to details and enjoy conducting research.
With her knowledge that cut through administration and major aspect of the supply chain management (Procurement, Expediting, Logistics etc.), she contributes immensely as the Director of Operations of Generational Force Foundation.
Basida brings more than 10 years of supply chain management experience to the G – Force Foundation, she is responsible for Operations, Monitoring and Evaluations. Prior to joining G – Force, Basida held executive level positions at Ghana Goldfields Limited as a Procurement & Expediting Manager for various projects.
Her excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, fast learning ability and team spirit as well as her exceptional ways of handling new, unfamiliar and challenging tasks makes her some unique personnel to work with.
